Slow cooker chilli

Low 6-7 hrs / High 4-5 hrs

Ingredients

500g lean minced beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red chilli, thin sliced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
2 tbsp tomato puree
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 beef cube
400g tin kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

Method

Add and mix all ingredients to the slow cooker, except kidney beans

Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 4-5 hours

Add beans in the last hour
